In this week’s installment of the #HowMomSeries, we’re chatting all about how mom eats breakfast.

Breakfast is a MUST for me. It doesn’t have to be a huge meal, but I need to eat something to feel like I can start my day. Ever since I was a kid, I wake up hungry, so I panic if I miss breakfast – ha!

These days, I make a quick breakfast of nonfat plain greek yogurt + honey + cinnamon sugar + granola, and eat at the stop lights in the car as I drive my kids to school. I make my coffee at home and bring it along, too (I love my Ninja coffee system!).
